CB7 libraries for Ruby

ffi-libarchive binds the C libarchive library and reads and writes 7z, as well as ZIP, TAR and RAR (read only). It needs the libarchive shared library installed. The older seven_zip_ruby gem, which bundled 7-Zip, is no longer maintained.
