CBT libraries for Python

• tarfile is in the standard library. getmembers() scans the headers once, then extractfile() seeks to any page. Writes plain tar with mode "w".
• comicbox adds the comic logic on top of tarfile: pages, cover, every metadata format, and conversion to CBZ when you write metadata. LGPL-3.0.

• comicbox Read CBT comic pages, covers and metadata in Python with comicbox: ComicInfo.xml and other metadata merged into one dict.
• tarfile Read and write CBT (TAR) comic book archives in Python with the standard tarfile module: pages in natural order, cover extraction.
