CHM libraries for Rust

• libchm reads CHM archives in pure Rust, including LZX decompression, with no unsafe code and no C dependencies. It lists entries, finds them by path (case-insensitive) and reads their contents. It validates every header field before use, so malformed files return errors instead of panicking. MIT.

The older chmlib crate binds the C CHMLib library, but hasn’t been updated since 2019.
