DjVu libraries for Rust

• djvu-rs is a pure-Rust DjVu implementation written from the specification. It parses documents, renders pages to RGBA, reads the text layer and bookmarks, exports to PDF, EPUB, TIFF and hOCR, and encodes new pages (JB2 and IW44). It also builds for WebAssembly. MIT license, no C dependencies.

The crate is young and its API still changes between 0.x versions. For the most battle-tested decoder, bind to DjVuLibre with FFI (GPL).
