DVI libraries for Go

• star-tex dvi (star-tex.org/x/tex/dvi) is part of star-tex, a TeX engine ported to Go. dvi.Dump decodes every command of a file without needing fonts; dvi.NewMachine interprets pages and calls your Renderer with glyph and rule positions, loading TFM metrics through its kpath package.
