FB2 libraries for C#

• Fb2.Document loads an FB2 file into a DOM of typed nodes (BookBody, BodySection, Paragraph, BinaryImage) with query, editing and serialization APIs. It honors the encoding declared in the file when loading from a stream and skips invalid nodes. Targets .NET 10 (older versions for .NET 8 and .NET Standard 2.0). MIT.
• FB2Library maps FB2 to a typed object model (FB2File, TitleInfo, BodyItem, SectionItem) and can serialize it back to XML. It targets .NET Standard 1.0, so it runs on old frameworks and Xamarin too. Microsoft Public License.
