XPS libraries for C#

• System.Windows.Xps is part of WPF, open source in the dotnet/wpf repository (MIT). It reads XPS packages into FixedDocumentSequence objects, writes WPF visuals and fixed documents as XPS, and renders pages with WPF. Windows only; it reads and writes XPS 1.0, not OpenXPS.

For cross-platform .NET, there is no maintained managed XPS renderer; call MuPDF (mutool convert) or read the ZIP and page XML with System.IO.Packaging / System.IO.Compression.
