ICO libraries for Java

• TwelveMonkeys ImageIO adds ICO and CUR readers and an ICO writer to the standard javax.imageio API. Each icon entry is one image index, and the writer stores entries as BMP or PNG.

The JDK’s built-in ImageIO has no ICO support, so ImageIO.read returns null for .ico files until a plugin like TwelveMonkeys is on the classpath.
