PNG libraries for Python

• Pillow is the default choice: open, edit, convert and save PNG, read and write text chunks, APNG animation.
• pypng is pure Python with no dependencies and gives exact control over bit depth and rows. Slower than Pillow.
• OpenCV (opencv-python) loads PNG into NumPy arrays for computer vision work. Note it uses BGR channel order.
