ZIP libraries for Rust

• zip is the standard ZIP crate. It reads and writes ZIP64 archives with stored, DEFLATE, bzip2, LZMA, XZ and Zstandard entries, AES and ZipCrypto encryption, and extracts safely with enclosed_name. Compression methods are Cargo features, so you only compile what you use.
