JPEG 2000 libraries for C#

.NET has no built-in JPEG 2000 support. Two open-source options:

• Magick.NET wraps ImageMagick, which includes OpenJPEG in its native binaries. Pick it when you also need other formats, resizing or conversion. The native library makes the package large.
• CoreJ2K is a pure C# codec (a modern fork of CSJ2K, itself a port of the Java JJ2000). No native code, so it runs anywhere .NET runs, including mobile and WebAssembly. It integrates with SkiaSharp, ImageSharp and System.Drawing through small adapter packages.
