JPEG 2000 libraries for PHP

PHP’s bundled GD extension doesn’t support JPEG 2000. The option is:

• Imagick, the PHP extension for ImageMagick. When ImageMagick is built with OpenJPEG (the default in Linux distributions, Homebrew and the Windows binaries), it reads and writes JP2 and J2K, and can decode at reduced resolution.

libvips also handles JPEG 2000 and has a PHP binding, php-vips, which needs the PHP FFI extension.
