JPEG XL libraries for C#

• Magick.NET is the practical choice: the NuGet package includes ImageMagick with libjxl for Windows, Linux and macOS, so JXL reading and writing (lossy, lossless, animation) works without installing anything else.

ImageSharp and SkiaSharp don’t support JPEG XL. NetVips, the libvips binding, can read and write JXL when you use a libvips build that includes libjxl.
