JPEG XL libraries for Go

The Go standard library has no JPEG XL support.

• gen2brain/jpegxl decodes and encodes JXL without cgo: it runs libjxl compiled to WebAssembly inside the wazero runtime, or uses a system libjxl if one is installed. It registers with the image package, so image.Decode reads .jxl files. It decodes animations but encodes only still images.

The libvips binding govips also reads and writes JXL when libvips is built with libjxl, but it needs cgo.

• gen2brain/jpegxl gen2brain/jpegxl is a cgo-free JPEG XL encoder and decoder for Go based on libjxl in WebAssembly. Decode and encode JXL, read animations and Exif.
