EPS libraries for C#

Both libraries use Ghostscript (AGPL-3.0) to read EPS.

• Magick.NET reads EPS as an image at the resolution you choose, crops to the bounding box, and writes images as EPS. The easiest choice for EPS to PNG or JPEG. Apache-2.0.
• Ghostscript.NET calls Ghostscript in-process: render EPS to SKBitmap with bounding box clipping, or run any Ghostscript command (EPS to PDF, PDF to EPS). AGPL-3.0 or commercial.
