EPS libraries for Rust

• cairo-rs is the gtk-rs binding of cairo. With the ps feature and set_eps(true) it writes EPS cropped to what you draw. MIT.

There is no EPS renderer in Rust; to rasterize or convert EPS, run Ghostscript with std::process::Command (gs -dEPSCrop -sDEVICE=png16m -r300 -sOutputFile=out.png in.eps).
