RTF libraries for C#

• RtfPipe converts RTF to HTML on any .NET platform. It handles character and paragraph formatting, lists, nested tables, hyperlinks, pictures and HTML encapsulated by Outlook. From the HTML you can get plain text or, with its companion BracketPipe library, Markdown. It doesn’t write RTF.

On Windows, the WinForms System.Windows.Forms.RichTextBox control (rtb.Rtf = rtf; var text = rtb.Text;) is a quick way to extract text and to produce RTF from formatted text, but it needs a Windows desktop target.
