RTF libraries for PHP

• PHPWord is PHPOffice’s library for word processing documents. It writes RTF (and DOCX, ODT, HTML, PDF) from a document object model with sections, styled text, lists, tables, images and links, and it has a basic RTF reader for text and simple formatting. It’s actively maintained.

PHPRtfLite is an older RTF-only writer with a richer RTF feature set (footnotes, form fields, nested tables), but its last release on Packagist is from 2014.
