rtf-parser is a pure Rust lexer and parser for RTF 1.9 with no dependencies beyond serde. It produces an RtfDocument with a header (font table, color table, stylesheet, code page) and a body of styled text blocks (bold, italic, font, size, color, alignment, spacing, indentation), and can return the plain text. It also builds to WebAssembly (npm rtf-parser-wasm). It doesn’t write RTF and doesn’t handle \bin data or tables.
