WebP libraries for C#

.NET has no built-in WebP codec. Use:

• ImageSharp: fully managed WebP decoder and encoder, lossy, lossless and animated, no native dependencies. Six Labors Split License: free for open source and companies under $1M revenue, otherwise a commercial license.
• SkiaSharp: MIT-licensed wrapper of Google’s Skia, which bundles libwebp. Fast, good when you also draw. Encodes still images only.
• Magick.NET: ImageMagick for .NET, Apache 2.0. Every libwebp option through defines, animated WebP and conversion from 100+ formats.
