WebP libraries for Java

The JDK’s ImageIO has no WebP support. Both libraries below are ImageIO plugins: add the jar and ImageIO.read opens .webp files.

• webp-imageio reads and writes WebP through bundled libwebp native libraries (Windows, macOS, Linux). Pick it when you need to write WebP. Apache 2.0.
• TwelveMonkeys imageio-webp is a pure Java decoder for lossy, lossless and alpha WebP. No native code, so it works on any JVM, but it can’t write. BSD-3-Clause.
